Orbital Grooves Radio is a community funded and supported internet radio station. We started officially broadcasting on September 23rd, 2002. We picked this date because it is the start of Fall, the changing of seasons. Our purpose is to provide free LIVE quality music 24 / 7 / 365 to the masses, while at the same time allowing DJs more exposure. We broadcast all forms of electronica including but not limited to House, Techno, BreakBeat, Jungle, and Drum&Bass. We are one of the first Internet Radio / Internet TV stations to broadcast using the NSV (NullSoft Video) format. This format allows us to broadcast Video at the same time as Audio, at a VERY low bitrate. We allow nearly any DJ to sign up and participate.
